For Ages 1.5–4, with Parent Participation

Time: Tuesdays at 10:00am 

Start your morning with movement, music, and community! Our Movement & Music Hour invites young children and their parents or guardians to share joyful, active time together while connecting with other families.

We begin with a welcoming morning circle, where everyone gathers to sing, greet one another, and warm up with playful stretches and songs. Then we dive into big body movement—dancing, balancing, jumping, and twirling to music that builds gross motor skills, coordination, and confidence.

Next, we shift to fine motor fun, exploring activities that strengthen little hands and improve hand–eye coordinationthrough finger plays, scarves, rhythm sticks, and other creative tools.

Each session is filled with connection, learning, and laughter—a wonderful opportunity for children to grow through play and for parents and guardians to build friendships and exchange ideas in a warm, supportive environment.
